224 - Vanaudenhove

The project consists of the renovation and extension of the Vanaudenhove pavilion located in Elisabeth Park in Koekelberg and constituting a popular landmark for its users. It intends to bring together two distinct programs both in terms of users and their uses. The renovated pavilion will host the socio-cultural program of the municipality of Koekelberg on the ground floor, while its wooden extension will host the locals intended for the employees of Bruxelles Environnement. This project is part of an eco-responsible approach, attentive to the traceability of the materials used, favoring local sectors and biobased materials.
